Challenge

Pars Media is a Vancouver-based senior-led digital marketing studio founded in 2017. The agency operates on a subscription model, offering a full-service capability stack — SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, branding, web design, AI marketing, influencer marketing, and analytics — all delivered by senior specialists with no rotating junior teams or unnecessary account management layers.

Despite seven years of operation, a client roster of 96+ brands, and over $2M in managed ad spend, Pars Media lacked a website that accurately reflected the calibre of their work. For a digital marketing agency, this was a significant credibility gap — the first thing any prospective client does is visit the website, and what they found did not match the quality being delivered behind the scenes.

The core challenges TekLoyd was brought in to solve:

  • No functional website to represent an agency with 20+ service offerings, 7 industry specialisations, and a distinctly different engagement model from traditional retainer agencies.
  • The subscription-based model — the agency's sharpest differentiator — was not being communicated anywhere online, leaving prospective clients to assume a standard agency setup.
  • With clients spanning SaaS, fintech, ecommerce, healthcare, real estate, and construction, the platform needed industry-specific messaging architecture rather than generic agency positioning.
  • Key credibility signals — years in business, project count, ad spend managed, client brands, and team profiles — were scattered or invisible, making it difficult to build trust with high-intent inbound visitors.
  • The agency had no structured brief intake system, meaning all inbound enquiries were handled informally — a bottleneck for a growing operation.
  • The platform needed a custom CMS capable of scaling independently, allowing the Pars Media team to update service pages, add portfolio work, and manage team profiles without relying on developers for every change.

Solution

TekLoyd is currently designing and developing the complete Pars Media platform — a full-stack agency website built on a custom CMS, structured to serve both inbound client acquisition and long-term brand authority. The project is actively in development with 12 pages completed to date, including the homepage and key internal pages.

The homepage — now complete — is built around Pars Media's core positioning as a senior subscription team that delivers strategy, brand, SEO, paid media, and content faster and at better value than traditional agencies. The messaging hierarchy is designed for Pars Media's primary buyer: growth-stage founders and marketing leads at SaaS, fintech, and DTC brands who have outgrown freelancers and lost patience with slow-moving agencies.

The service architecture in progress is being structured into five major capability pillars — SEO, Paid Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Digital Design, and Growth Services — with individual landing pages for each of the 20+ sub-services. This creates both a scalable SEO surface and a clear navigation path for prospective clients to find exactly what they need.

Completed work to date includes:

  • Homepage with full positioning, service overview, stats bar (155+ projects, 96+ clients, $2M+ ad spend, 3.8x ROAS), client brand logos, and conversion-focused CTA architecture.
  • Core internal pages including About, Team, Services overview, Portfolio, and Contact — establishing the full informational backbone of the platform.
  • A portfolio system with filterable project categories (Branding, Marketing, SEO, UI/UX) and industry tags, ready to be populated as the client roster grows.
  • Team profiles for senior specialists — reinforcing the agency's senior-only staffing model to prospective clients evaluating the team.
  • A structured brief intake form with a defined three-step onboarding process: brief submission, discovery call, and written recommendation.
  • A testimonials section featuring verified client feedback across dental, plumbing, real estate, and renovation industries.
  • Brand trust section with logos from active and past clients including Certinia, Oakwyn Realty, and RE/MAX.
  • Full mobile-responsive layout and design system established, ensuring all remaining pages will be built to a consistent visual and functional standard.

Results

While the full platform launch is still ahead, the work completed to date has already established a strong foundation for Pars Media's digital presence:

  • A credible, conversion-ready homepage is live — for the first time giving Pars Media a professional online front-end that matches the quality of work delivered to clients.
  • Pars Media's subscription model and senior-only positioning are now clearly communicated, differentiating the agency from traditional retainer firms in the Vancouver market.
  • Seven years of operational credibility are surfaced immediately through real data: 155+ projects, 96+ clients, $2M+ in managed ad spend, and a 3.8x average ROAS.
  • The portfolio, team, and testimonials sections are built and ready — giving inbound visitors everything they need to evaluate the agency without a sales call.
    A structured brief intake system is in place, replacing informal enquiry handling with a professional three-step onboarding process.
  • The design system and CMS architecture are established — all remaining pages will be built to the same visual and functional standard, ensuring a consistent platform on launch.
  • Full platform launch expected upon completion of individual service pages and industry landing pages — at which point Pars Media will have one of the most comprehensive agency websites in the Vancouver market.
